Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 38-71-42 So As To Require Health Maintenance Organizations, Individual Or Group Health Insurance Policies, And Insurance Contracts To Provide Coverage For Certain Tests For The Early Detection Of Cardiovascular Disease; And By Amending Section 1-11-710, Relating To The Board Of Directors Of The Public Employee Benefit Authority's Duty So As To Require Coverage Of Certain Tests For The Early Detection Of Cardiovascular Disease.
