Summary

Amend Section 12-37-2615 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Penalties For Failure To Register A Motor Vehicle, To Provide That A Person Who Fails To Register A Motor Vehicle Is Guilty Of A Misdemeanor And, Upon Conviction, Shall Be Fined Not More Than Five Hundred Dollars Or Imprisoned For A Period Not To Exceed Thirty Days, Or Both.
