Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 58-23-1120, Relating To Compliance By Motor Carriers, So As To Provide County Sheriffs' Departments May Enforce The Commercial Motor Carrier Laws And Provide County Sheriffs' Departments Must Retain Any Fines Collected For Traffic Tickets Issued.
