Amend Section 59-112-110, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Authority Of The Aiken Campus Of The University Of South Carolina And Aiken Technical College To Offer In-state Tuition To Students Whose Legal Residence Is In Certain Border Counties In The State Of Georgia, So As To Provide Francis Marion University May Offer In-state Tuition To Students Whose Legal Residence Is In Certain Border Counties In The State Of North Carolina In Certain Circumstances.
