Amend Section 15-3-555, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Statute Of Limitations For Claims Based On Sexual Abuse Or Incest, So As To Provide A Longer Statute Of Limitations, And To Provide That The Statute Of Limitations In This Statute Controls Over The Statute Of Limitations In The Tort Claims Act And In Claims Arising Against Other Individuals, Employers, And Commercial Businesses In Sexual Assault, Sexual Abuse, Or Incest Claims; And To Amend Section 15-78-110, Relating To The Statute Of Limitations Under The Tort Claims Act, So As To Exclude Actions That Fall Under The Provisions Of Section 15-3-555.
