Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, To Enact The "pharmacy Access Act" By Adding Chapter 138 To Title 44 So As To Provide That Qualified Licensed Pharmacists May Prescribe And Administer Injectable Hormonal Contraceptives And Prescribe And Dispense Self-administered Hormonal Contraceptives Under A Standing Prescription Drug Order, To Provide For Written Joint Protocol Provisions, And To Define Necessary Terms.
