Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 39-1-110 So As To Provide That Any Person That Is In The Business Of Selling Motor Fuel At Retail In This State And Charges Different Prices For The Purchase Of Motor Fuel Based On The Form Of Payment, Must Consider A Debit Card The Same As Cash, And Charge The Purchaser The Same As If The Purchaser Paid With Cash.
