An Amendment To Section 2, Article V Of The Constitution Of South Carolina, 1895, Relating To The Supreme Court Of The State, So As To Increase The Number Of Associate Justices From Four To Six, And To Make Conforming Adjustments Regarding The Number Of Justices Necessary To Constitute A Quorum Or To Reverse A Judgment Of A Lower Court.
