Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 56-5-4530, Relating To Illumination Of Rear Registration Plates, So As To Make A Technical Change, And To Provide Vehicles May Not Be Stopped For Having Inoperable Tail Lamps Or Separate Lamps In The Absence Of A Violation Of Another Law.
