Abolish All County Boards Of Education In This State, To Devolve Their Powers And Duties Upon The Boards Of Trustees Of The Local School Districts Within The County, To Provide For The Distribution Of The Millage Constituting The Minimum Foundation Funding For The Schools, To Require The Sale Of The Assets Of The County Board Of Education, And To Provide For The Distribution Of The Sale Proceeds.
