A RESOLUTION

Honoring the life and expressing condolences upon the death of

2

Michael Brian McCue.

3

WHEREAS, Michael Brian McCue was a 1973 graduate of

4

Kittanning High School and attended Culver Military Academy; and

5

WHEREAS, Mr. McCue proudly served the House of

6

Representatives for 34 years by working as a page for the House

7

of Representatives, a House Postal Clerk and, most recently, the

8

House Soundboard Technician; and

9

WHEREAS, Mr. McCue had a passion for life, was a friend to

10

many and always brought a smile to those around him with his

11

quick wit, biting sarcasm and infectious smile; and

12

WHEREAS, Mr. McCue was generous and dedicated in caring for

13

his parents, friends and his dog, Scout; and

14

WHEREAS, Mr. McCue died unexpectedly on Thursday, February

15

11, 2010, at his residence in Harrisburg; and

16

WHEREAS, Mr. McCue is survived by his father, John McCue, a

17

former member of the House of Representatives; his brother

18

Patrick McCue; his cousins James Lawson and William Rook; his

lifelong friend, Sharon Bradigan; and his dog, Scout; and

2

WHEREAS, It is fitting to commend the patriotic contributions

3

that Mr. McCue has made to the House of Representatives and this

4

Commonwealth and to be saddened by the death of a generous, kind

5

and caring friend; therefore be it

6

RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives honor the life

7

and express condolences upon the death of Michael Brian McCue.
