| A RESOLUTION |
| |
1 | Recognizing the members and sponsors of the Aktion Club of |
2 | Bradford as the newest service club in Bradford. |
3 | WHEREAS, The Aktion Club of Bradford has been chartered as |
4 | the newest member of the Kiwanis family of service clubs; and |
5 | WHEREAS, The Aktion Club of Bradford is an organization where |
6 | persons of varying abilities may contribute to the betterment of |
7 | their communities; and |
8 | WHEREAS, The Aktion Club of Bradford is sponsored by the |
9 | Bradford Kiwanis Club in conjunction with the Bradford High |
10 | School Key Club, Evergreen Elm, Inc., and Dallas-Morris |
11 | Drilling, Inc., as cosponsors; and |
12 | WHEREAS, The members of this newest service club in Bradford |
13 | have demonstrated their desire to be a positive force in the |
14 | community by giving of themselves to various projects that will |
15 | enhance the quality of life of the area in which they live; |
16 | therefore be it |
17 | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives recognize the |
18 | members and sponsors of the Aktion Club of Bradford and commend |

1 | them for their efforts in the establishment of this new |
2 | organization designed to promote and improve the lives of the |
3 | citizens of their community. |
