A RESOLUTION
Recognizing the members and sponsors of the Aktion Club of
Bradford as the newest service club in Bradford.
WHEREAS, The Aktion Club of Bradford has been chartered as
the newest member of the Kiwanis family of service clubs; and
WHEREAS, The Aktion Club of Bradford is an organization where
persons of varying abilities may contribute to the betterment of
their communities; and
WHEREAS, The Aktion Club of Bradford is sponsored by the
Bradford Kiwanis Club in conjunction with the Bradford High
School Key Club, Evergreen Elm, Inc., and Dallas-Morris
Drilling, Inc., as cosponsors; and
WHEREAS, The members of this newest service club in Bradford
have demonstrated their desire to be a positive force in the
community by giving of themselves to various projects that will
enhance the quality of life of the area in which they live;
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives recognize the
members and sponsors of the Aktion Club of Bradford and commend
them for their efforts in the establishment of this new
organization designed to promote and improve the lives of the
citizens of their community.
