AN ACT
Designating State Route 18 in Big Beaver Borough, Beaver County,
as the "Vietnam Veterans of America Memorial Highway."
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Vietnam Veterans of America Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--State Route 18 in Big Beaver Borough,
Beaver County, from the intersection of State Route 551,
northward to the intersection of State Route 351, is hereby
designated as the "Vietnam Veterans of America Memorial
Highway."
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
maintain appropriate signs to indicate the designation under
subsection (a).
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect in 60 days.
