An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses), 23 (Domestic Relations) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in sexual offenses, further providing for the offense of female mutilation; in child protective services, further providing for definitions relating to child protective custody; and, in limitation of time, further providing for infancy, insanity or imprisonment and for no limitation applicable.
