Summary
An Act amending Titles 3 (Agriculture) and 27 (Environmental Resources) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in Conservation Excellence Grant Program, further providing for criteria for evaluation of applications; and, in conservation and natural resources, providing for nonpoint source pollution reduction and establishing the Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program, the Pennsylvania Clean Water Procurement Program and the Municipal Storm Water Assistance Program.
