insert a comma.
  In line 6, delete '(a)'.
  Delete lines 8 through 10.
  In line 14, delete 'and'.
  Delete lines 15 and 16 and insert:
  ' (b) Assisting students in paying for books, materials and
other costs, other than test fees, related to accelerated college
credit programs; and
  ' (c) Providing classroom supplies for accelerated college
credit programs.'.
  On page 3, line 30, delete '$___ ' and insert ' $250,000'.
