                        JOINT RESOLUTION
Be It Resolved by the Legislative Assembly of the State of
  Oregon:

Constitution of the State of Oregon, is repealed. + }

   { +  PARAGRAPH 2. + }  { + The amendment proposed by this
resolution shall be submitted to the people for their approval or
