In line 18, delete 'and'. Delete line 19 and insert: ' (j) A local government; and ' (k) An organization that advocates for the privacy rights of individuals.'. In line 27, delete 'for employers and employees'. On page 2, after line 2, insert: ' (g) Determining the feasibility of developing a single system for conducting background checks administered by the Department of State Police; ' (h) The cost, accuracy and quality assurance associated with obtaining criminal record checks from sources other than the Department of State Police;'. In line 3, delete '(g)' and insert '(i)'. In line 5, delete '(h)' and insert '(j)'. In line 7, delete 'department' and insert 'Oregon Department of Administrative Services'. ----------
