A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to dispute resolution.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + The Oregon State Bar shall convene a work group
to investigate and develop recommended strategies around the use
of dispute resolution procedures in this state. + }
SECTION 2. { + Section 1 of this 2013 Act is repealed on
January 2, 2015. + }
