  Requires Department of Transportation to study feasibility of
constructing highway between Coos Bay and Ontario.
  Sunsets study on January 2, 2016.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to transportation.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Department of Transportation shall study
the feasibility of constructing a highway between Coos Bay and
Ontario. The department shall report its findings to the
Seventy-eighth Legislative Assembly not later than January 30,
2015. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Section 1 of this 2013 Act is repealed on
January 2, 2016. + }
