Extends statute of limitations from 10 years to 12 years for action for recovery of real property or for recovery of possession of real property. A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to statute of limitations; creating new provisions; and amending ORS 12.050. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. ORS 12.050 is amended to read: 12.050.
