Summary
Creates Commission for Original Peoples from South America, Central America and Mexico. Creates Commission for Original Peoples from South America, Central America and Mexico. Prescribes duties of commission. Directs Oregon Advocacy Commissions Office to provide administrative oversight to commission. Allows Governor to assign member of Racial Justice Council as liaison with commission. Allows commission to provide nominee for appointment to Environmental Justice Council. Requires Department of Education to consult with commission in development of certain academic content. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
