Summary

Modifies requirements for health plan coverage of prescription drugs dispensed in accordance with synchronization policy. Requires Oregon Health Authority to implement synchronization policy for dispensing of prescription drugs to medical assistance recipients who are not enrolled in coordinated care organization.
