Summary

Declares purpose of Critical Incident Review Teams. Defines "critical incident." Directs Department of Human Services to assign team within seven] 10 days after department becomes aware of critical incident. Modifies membership of team. Directs department to publish certain information regarding teams on department's website. Modifies deadlines by which department shall publish team report. Modifies report requirements. Provides that statements in final report or document created during critical incident review process are inadmissible in civil or administrative proceedings. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
