Summary

Directs Department of Environmental Quality to notify Attorney General if air quality index readings for area of state reach 250 or higher during seven consecutive days and cause is believed to be wildfire originating on lands owned by United States. Directs Department of Environmental Quality to notify Attorney General if air quality index readings for area of state reach 250 or higher during seven consecutive days and cause is believed to be wildfire originating on lands owned by United States. Directs Attorney General to investigate and bring civil action if wildfire was caused by negligent or unlawful forest management practices.
