Eliminates six-month residency requirement for issuance of angling or shellfish license to qualifying disabled veteran. Eliminates six-month residency requirement for issuance of angling or shellfish license to qualifying disabled veteran. Provides that veteran who currently resides in state is eligible for license. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
