Summary
Requires each state agency to report monthly to Oregon Department of Administrative Services and Legislative Fiscal Officer information about agency's proposed and final rules. Requires department to publish on Internet specified information regarding agency rulemaking. Prohibits rules from taking effect less than six months after publication by department on Internet unless exception criteria are met.
