Summary

Modifies legislative findings concerning alternative incarceration programs. Modifies legislative findings concerning alternative incarceration programs. Renames special alternative incarceration program and removes requirement that participants engage in physical work and exercise. Requires that intensive alternative incarceration addiction program address addiction as chronic disease and include range of treatment services. Modifies acceptance procedures for programs.
