Summary
Requires Department of Education to conduct study to determine how to integrate instruction on identification and prevention of sex trafficking into academic content standards. Directs school district board to adopt prevention curriculum that addresses child sex trafficking.] Requires Department of Education to conduct study to determine how to integrate instruction on identification and prevention of sex trafficking into academic content standards. Directs department to submit report to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to education not later than September 15, 2024. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2023.
