Summary

Authorizes Legislative Administration Committee to enter into agreements with City of Salem to assign authority over certain parking spaces. Authorizes committee to impose parking regulations over spaces during time when spaces are within exclusive control of committee. Directs Department of State Police to enforce regulations imposed by committee. Directs Oregon Department of Administrative Services to collect fines for violation of parking restrictions.
