Summary
Amends definition of "practice of nursing." Changes deadline for renewal of nursing licenses and nurses' authority to prescribe. Amends definition of "practice of nursing." Changes deadline for renewal of nursing licenses and nurses' authority to prescribe. Removes references to "noninjectable medication." Clarifies controlled substances that authorized nurse may prescribe. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
