Summary

Requires person arrested for sex crime to submit to providing buccal sample. Requires person arrested for sex crime to submit to providing buccal sample. Directs arresting law enforcement agency to obtain required sample and transmit to Department of State Police. Authorizes department to analyze sample and maintain information from sample in criminal identification database. Directs court to include fee in criminal judgment payable to Department of State Police to be expended on testing of buccal samples.
