Summary

Allows employers to limit number of hours of sick time that employees may accrue per year. Excludes certain individuals from determination of number of employees of employer. Modifies rate of pay for accrued sick time for certain individuals. Applies to hours worked and sick time accrued or used on or after January 1, 2018. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2017.
