Enacts Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact. Enacts Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact. Prescribes that purpose of Compact is to facilitate mobility of teachers across member states, with goal of supporting teachers through new pathway of licensure. Describes rights and responsibilities under Compact.
