Summary

Creates income tax credit for energy production in Oregon. Creates income tax credit for energy production in Oregon. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2022. Establishes Task Force on Free-Market Energy Production. Directs task force to review existing laws related to energy production in Oregon to determine how to ensure all forms of energy production are regulated equally, based on scientific analysis of risks and rewards posed by each form of energy production. Sunsets on December 31, 2024. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
