Directs Oregon Business Development Department to develop and administer program for awarding grants to rodeo organizations based in communities with population of 12,000 or less to fund certain capital projects on existing rodeo property. Directs Oregon Business Development Department to study funding of repairs to rodeos located in small cities and communities in Oregon.
