Summary

Allows Health Licensing Office to issue license to practice health care administration to qualified applicant. Allows Health Licensing Office to issue license to practice health care administration to qualified applicant. Defines "health care administration." Prohibits unlicensed practice of health care administration. Allows office to impose discipline for certain violations. Directs office to provide administrative and regulatory oversight to health care administration program. Imposes civil penalty for violation of licensure requirements. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
