Requires that sex offender risk assessment methodology take into consideration specified information. Requires that sex offender risk assessment methodology take into consideration specified information. Provides that victim may request reclassification of sex offender into risk level within three years of initial classification, or within five years when certain circumstances exist. Directs Department of State Police to include on sex offender website full address for level three sex offenders and photo, city and zip code for level one and level two sex offenders. Appropriates moneys to State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision for conducting sex offender risk reassessments at victim request. .
