Summary
Directs Oregon State Board of Nursing to issue license to practice as certified registered nurse anesthetist to qualified applicant. Directs Oregon State Board of Nursing to issue license to practice as certified registered nurse anesthetist to qualified applicant. Prohibits unlicensed practice or use of name or title. Prohibits certified registered nurse anesthetist from using title "anesthesiologist." Specifies that certified registered nurse anesthetist scope of practice includes authority to prescribe prescription drugs if certified registered nurse anesthetist is authorized by board to prescribe. Removes limits on location of practice. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
