Summary
Directs Department of Education to conduct study to examine impact of biennial legislative appropriations that are less than amount of moneys determined by Quality Education Commission to be sufficient to fund public education. Directs Department of Education to conduct study to examine impact of biennial legislative appropriations that are less than amount of moneys determined by Quality Education Commission to be sufficient to fund public education. Directs department to submit report to interim committee of Legislative Assembly no later than September 15, 2024. Sunsets January 2, 2025. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
