Summary

Removes requirement that physician assistant practice under supervision of supervising physician. Requires physician assistant to enter practice agreement with collaborating physician, practice group or health care team. Defines "collaborating physician." Becomes operative January 1, 2020. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
