Summary

Expands offense of driving while under influence of intoxicants to include any drug that is used in combination with intoxicating liquor, inhalant, cannabis or controlled substance. Expands offense of driving while under influence of intoxicants to include any drug that is used in combination with intoxicating liquor, inhalant, cannabis or controlled substance. Defines "intoxicant" for purposes of Oregon Vehicle Code. Permits conviction of driving while under influence of intoxicants even if accusatory instrument does not plead fact that person was under influence of controlled substance or inhalant.
