Summary
Requires Oregon Department of Administrative Services to conduct wage study and Department of Human Services to conduct workforce study to determine eligibility and enrollment case manager staffing levels needed to complete eligibility determinations within 45 days for individuals seeking enrollment in programs for all-inclusive care for elderly.
