Summary

Provides that licensed optometrist may perform specified ophthalmic surgery procedures. Provides that licensed optometrist may perform specified ophthalmic surgery procedures. Defines "ophthalmic surgery." Removes requirement that optometrist treating patient with antiglaucoma medication consult with ophthalmologist. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
