Summary
Requires Oregon Health Authority to convene work group consisting of stakeholders to study legislative or regulatory means of establishing staffing committees or establishing minimum staffing levels for home health agencies, hospice programs, home infusion agencies, public health agencies, correctional facilities and ambulatory surgical centers. Requires Oregon Health Authority to convene work group consisting of stakeholders to study legislative or regulatory means of establishing staffing committees or establishing minimum staffing levels for home health agencies, hospice programs, home infusion agencies, public health agencies, correctional facilities and ambulatory surgical centers. Requires report to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to health no later than September 15, 2024. Sunsets January 2, 2025.
