Summary

Modifies membership requirements and duties of Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Health Evidence Review Commission and advisory committees appointed for committee and commission. Modifies membership requirements and duties of Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Health Evidence Review Commission and advisory committees appointed for committee and commission. Reduces term of commission members from four years to two years. Modifies timelines for Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee to make recommendation and for Oregon Health Authority to act on recommendation. Requires decision approving, disapproving or modifying recommendation of committee to be adopted by rule.
