Summary
Authorizes court to issue order requiring person to appear upon failure to appear on Class E violation citation, and to issue arrest warrant upon further failure to appear. Authorizes court to issue order requiring person to appear upon failure to appear on Class E violation citation, and to issue arrest warrant upon further failure to appear. Provides that failure to appear on Class E violation constitutes crime of failure to appear in a violation proceeding, punishable by maximum of 364 days' imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
