Summary

Requires Director of Oregon Health Authority to notify Director of Veterans' Affairs upon receipt of certain written information from member or veteran of uniformed service, if authorized to do so by member or veteran. Restricts notification to name and address of member or veteran. Becomes operative January 1, 2016. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2015.
