Summary
Prohibits remote sales of inhalant delivery systems. Prohibits remote sales of inhalant delivery systems. Defines "inhalant delivery system." Prohibits distribution or sale of flavored inhalant delivery system product or flavored tobacco product. Defines "flavored inhalant delivery system product" and "flavored tobacco product." Allows Oregon Health Authority to impose civil penalty of up to $5,000 per violation. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
